Yep, that about sums up my life.
The only good things I have going for me tonight are the gigantic sack of Halloween candy stuffed in my purse, and the fact that Nate isn’t too bad to look at. No doubt, the evening will be a night to remember…if I make it out alive.

I’m thrilled every time a reader tells me they love my books, because it means I’ve done my job and connected with them. Maybe a character resonates with them, or I’ve pushed the envelope a bit and wrote a scene they always wanted to read. Whatever the reason, that’s why I write.
I’ve been writing fulltime for five years, which isn’t long for some, and a lifetime for others, but I’ve learned a couple of things about myself. I love to spoil my readers.
